What We Do

Pioneer new facilities and protocols that improve the viability of organ and tissue donations. We provide affordable, temporary housing for transplant patients and their families. Partner with community organizations to drive donor registration. We meet with schools, clergy, and local leaders to share our cause and our message. The Position:
We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Internal Communications Coordinator to join our team. The Internal Communications Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the entire organization by coordinating internal communication efforts,developing presentation materials for meetings, and supporting the creation and publication of internal communication material.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and refine communication collateral to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Work closely as part of the communications team to execute the communication strategy.
- Develop written/visual content with a focus on storytelling to communicate strategy, values, and information for use in all communication channels.
- Organize and maintain digital files and assets for easy access and retrieval.
- Plan, execute, and analyze internal campaigns to engage our audience.
- Oversee social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) to enhance brand presence and engagement.
- Coordinate meeting material with strong attention to detail.
- Design PowerPoint presentations that align with brand standards and effectively communicate key messages as requested by leaders.
- Use analytics to monitor communication channels to identify risks and opportunities.
- Build relationships with business leaders to help facilitate message alignment across the organization.
- Oversee the company store, managing inventory and ensuring orders are accurately fulfilled.
- Perform other tasks as requested.
- Serve as a backup to the administrative support and communications team.
- 1-3 years internal marketing and communication experience
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, staying organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications or equivalent work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Canva, and social media platforms
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams
- Keen attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
- Adaptable and proactive mindset
