From time to time, may provide additional direct support to members of Regal Rexnord's executive leadership team. In the role, the Executive Administrative Assistant may also perform office management related duties for the Rosemont office location. Key Responsibilities Providing primary day-to-day administrative support Plan and arrange extensive domestic and international travels Facilitating the planning, agendas and arrangement of meetings and travel Prioritizing matters for handling and processing in a timely manner and tracking to ensure that all deadlines are met Managing calendars, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters Anticipating the needs of the executives with little to no direction and takes initiative in daily responsibilities High level of communication and acts with confidence Creating important professional relationships and trust with other high level leaders in the company Prepare PowerPoint Presentations/Excel Charts/Graphs Drafting, proofreading, editing, organizing, tracking and filing various business documents in accordance with established protocols, including presentations, letters, messages, reports, memoranda, agreements, meeting agendas, and other corporate documents Working closely with internal and external business associates and contacts to foster professional communication Serving as a liaison with candidates & new hires to acclimate them into Regal Rexnord Organizing, maintaining, and updating electronic files and databases Ensuring and protecting the confidentiality of Regal Rexnord's business matters PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS The successful candidate will have proven experience as a key administrative partner to an executive leader with demonstrated ability in developing collaborative relationships within the team and across the organization. This administrative partner must have the passion, energy and intellectual curiosity necessary for a fast-paced, growth-driven environment, be able to employ forward thinking, and have the ability to anticipate and expeditiously execute tasks, projects and programs. Minimum Requirements: 5 or more years of experience as an administrative assistant in an executive leadership environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience relating to this position. 5 or more years' experience required, 8 or more preferred. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to establish trust, credibility and rapport at all levels of the organization; seen as humble, direct, and authentic while possessing professional presence. Working knowledge of basic business terminology and concepts along with the ability to read, proofread and organize documents. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite. Proven ability to be hands on, roll-up their sleeves and demonstrate resourcefulness, initiative, results-orientation. Has a mindset of continuous improvement and can embrace Regal's 80/20 principles. Demonstrated ability to develop strong partnerships and influence resources outside one's direct responsibility.
