Job Responsibilities:
As our Property Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our community, ensuring its seamless operation and resident satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing daily operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
Implementing strategic marketing plans to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy levels.
Conducting property tours and articulating the distinctive features and benefits of our community.
Managing resident inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborating with vendors and contractors to preserve the physical integrity of the property.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management, preferably within a 55+ active living community.
Experience with new construction lease-up.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and local property laws.
