Financial Analyst - Remote, USA Are you a detail-oriented and data-driven professional? Are you passionate about extracting meaningful insights from campaign data, optimizing lead management, and providing detailed reports to drive business decisions? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dynamic marketing team as a Financial Analyst at Telestream, reporting directly to the VP of Finance. Role Overview As a Financial Analyst at Telestream, reporting to the VP of Finance, your primary focus will be on campaign analytics, lead management, and providing detailed reports that drive strategic business decisions. You'll use your expertise in tools like Salesforce and HubSpot to extract insights from campaign data, optimize lead workflows, and deliver reports that offer actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather campaign data and analyze its performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to manage lead workflows, ensuring leads are appropriately assigned, tracked, and nurtured throughout the sales funnel. Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards that provide a comprehensive view of campaign effectiveness, lead generation, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics. Translate complex data into clear, concise insights that guide business decisions, optimize marketing strategies, and maximize ROI. Work closely with the VP of Finance and other stakeholders to present findings and recommendations, contributing to data-driven discussions and strategy development. Continuously monitor and evaluate the quality of lead data and make recommendations for data hygiene and enrichment initiatives. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align on lead definitions, scoring criteria, and data processes. Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging analytics trends to implement improvements in data analysis and reporting. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Finance or a related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign analytics, lead management, and data reporting. Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot is required. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy. Solid communication skills to effectively present findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of SaaS and on-prem solutions would be a significant advantage.
