Sr. Financial Reporting Analyst
Our dynamic and innovative client, a growing real estate investment trust, is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to support their expanding operations. The ideal candidate is adaptable, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where they can see the immediate impact of their work.
This role is based in Tigard, Oregon, with a hybrid work model. It requires daily office attendance for the first month for training, then three days per week on-site. Flexible hours are available, such as 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm.
Sr. Financial Reporting Analyst Responsibilities
Conduct financial analysis and reporting, including ad-hoc reports related to operations and performance.
Prepare detailed financial statements, review footnotes, and perform variance analysis
Collaborate closely with the treasury department to support cash forecasting and budget-to-actual processes.
Support stakeholder decision-making through clear communication of financial findings and trends.
Participate in continuous process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and automation.
Occasionally assist with journal entries and other accounting tasks as needed.
Sr. Financial Reporting Analyst Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting, including the preparation or review of financial statements, footnote review, and variance analysis.
Experience in public accounting or industry-related financial reporting is essential.
Proficiency with financial reporting tools.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups.
Experience in real estate and/or financial services is preferred; knowledge of SEC reporting is a plus.
Salary: $100k-140k + Bonus (DOE)
