Job Responsibility: Position Summary: The HRIS Specialist will provide Workday-related administrative support for all internal system users at Trupanion, and will report to the HRIS Manager on the People Operations team. Their primary focus will be managing and processing system transactions/inquiries, while promoting data integrity and continued system education at multiple levels company-wide. If you live in the greater Seattle area, this will be a hybrid remote/in-office position where you will work from our casual, pet-friendly office 3 days a week. Key Responsibilities Include: Maintain internal Workday ticketing system by responding to general inquiries, resolving requests, and/or troubleshooting potential system/configuration issues Provide Workday-related support via data entry, system maintenance, and/or end-user education to various partners within the business that use the system Troubleshoot system-related inquiries/issues independently via the ability to navigate SharePoint resources and/or Workday Community Complete timely and accurate data entry for critical business processes - i.e. new hires, contracting contingent workers, job changes, compensation changes, terminations, etc. Support data integrity within the Workday ecosystem by completing recurring audits and data validation that promote accuracy and compliance Create and maintain HRIS documentation - including how-to guides for team members, SOPs for administrative users, etc. Help with other related department activities, additional duties, and responsibilities as needed/assigned Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 1-2 years of Workday-specific work experience is required Ability to adapt and learn new software applications/processes quickly Familiar with Human Resources processes, policies, and standard methodologies Computer proficiency in Windows/Microsoft Office suite applications - i.e. Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, and Outlook Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Provide proactive, innovative, and high-quality customer service to those seeking assistance via problem-solving skills and consistent follow-up communication Take initiative and can act as the liaison for multiple subject areas Ability to identify and maintain confidentiality when handling proprietary information/data High attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and effective time management due to concurrent projects/requests that could be considered time critical Encourage collaborative working relationships within all levels/departments at Trupanion Possess excellent social skills via oral and written communication while maintaining a professional demeanor and presentation Compensation: The pay range for this position is $30.31 - $32.71 an hour on a full-time schedule. Along with the hourly pay, Trupanion employees may be eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual or team performance. We want all employees to be invested in Trupanion's success, so we grant Restricted Stock Units to all new team members. Our new hire grants vest over 4 years.
