Located at ISCO's corporate office in downtown Louisville, the Operations Coordinator will assist the Director of Safety and Security in managing daily administrative responsibilities, coordinating training schedules, generating reports and data entry. This role is crucial in supporting the implementation of company policies and initiatives, with tasks including data aggregation, analysis, report generation, and presentation creation.

Essential Duties:

Manage data entry and supervise administrative tasks which include: Providing technical and administrative support. Coordinating, scheduling, and monitoring inspections. Organizing and tracking training sessions and certifications. Compiling data for daily, weekly, and monthly scoreboard reports. Conducting general administrative tasks such as typing, filing, faxing, copying, and other clerical functions as needed. Monitoring operations metrics and maintaining accurate databases. Assisting with organizing team meetings, coordinating schedules, and maintaining meticulous records. Identifying and resolving operational issues to enhance efficiency. Drafting documents, memos, and emails when necessary. Creating presentations and other documents needed for operational activities. Exploring new technologies and methods applicable to operations. Ensuring that documentation is current, accurate, and adheres to company standards. Updating and keeping operational systems and records well organized. Carrying out additional responsibilities as assigned. Supporting other departments or projects with administrative tasks as required.

Competencies:

Planning/Organizing: Capable of effectively managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Plans activities to align with organizational objectives. Continuously seeks to implement strategies to boost personal and team efficiency.

Base Qualifications:

Associate's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum required education of a high school diploma. At least two years' experience in an operations role. Proficiency in data entry. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general computer usage. Effective team collaboration skills. Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions precisely. Strong communication abilities in both writing and speech. High level of attention to detail. Can maintain focus and productivity in a fast-paced setting. Knowledgeable in computer technology, software applications, and database management. Excellent problem-solving capabilities. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and adhere to deadlines. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Self-motivated and capable of operating independently with minimal oversight.
