Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ERP and operational workflows, ensuring they align with corporate strategies.

- Oversee the documentation process and analyze information related to Branch operations.
- Conduct training sessions, tailoring content to accommodate various skill levels among participants.
- Regularly engage with clients, customers, and internal teams to relay important information.
- Offer training resources and tools to enhance operational knowledge.
- May take the lead or assist in crafting and disseminating policies, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is typically required.
- Experience in operations is essential.
- Familiarity with Mincron/ERP systems is preferred.
Work Environment
- The position is generally situated in a comfortable indoor setting.

However, you may encounter mild physical discomfort due to factors such as dust, fumes, or temperature variations, as well as exposure to loud noises or bright lights.

Overnight travel is expected approximately 75% of the time.

Most tasks will involve sitting or standing for extended periods, with occasional lifting or handling of materials weighing between 8-20 pounds.
