Coordinate all references and background checks are completed in advance of candidate commencement in order to align to global compliance measures Build & maintain strong partnerships with multiple recruiters, hiring managers and candidates in order to drive an efficient & effective process Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism and good judgment in order to maintain first class candidate experience Assist in the creation and posting of job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms. Process offer letters and new hire paperwork to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Master our applicant tracking system, scheduling tools and organizational products including Monday, Slack and Google Suite Oversee and manage team projects, often working globally (at both a local/global level) Your Experience & Skills

1+ years of experience as an HR/Talent Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong coordination and planning abilities. Capable of prioritizing work assignments, working independently, and managing time efficiently. Ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
