Job Responsibility: Human Resources Director KCP NA Job Description Position Purpose: The Director of Human Resources for Kimberly-Clark Professional North America (KCP NA) is responsible for partnering with the President of KCP NA and the executive leadership team to support the business transformation through the ownership of the cultural and people strategies. Secondarily, this role will contribute to increasing overall functional capability within the company through participation on the Global KCP HR Leadership team and supporting both regional and global projects. This position reports directly to the VP HR for KCP. In this role you will:

Provide The KCP NA President and Leadership Team with insights the organizational health and effectiveness of KCP NA. Drive, influence, and implement people strategies that support, align, and drive the strategic business plan. Coach and advise with Senior Leader on team effectiveness, team leadership, talent management, and organization effectiveness so they can lead the organization to meet established business targets. Develop, align and cascade the KCNA People Strategy for the business, including workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, change management and inclusion, equity and diversity. Support the development, attraction and retention strategies for top talent by facilitating talent assessments using Kimberly-Clark standard performance management process and building plans to develop and deploy our key talent. Partner with the executive leadership team to drive human capital projects to forecast talent and skill requirements while ensure robust strategies to attract, retain and develop talent. Develop and drive stakeholder change management plans appropriate to support transformational organizational change across the businesses. Although the role is regional, this leader must demonstrate a global mindset to support the implementation of KCPs global business strategy across the commercial teams, which respects the local market that our teams operate and win in; drive local implementation of global / regional processes. Provide business and employee perspective and insights to HR Centers of Excellence to influence the development and positioning of corporate processes. Act as a coach for leaders and indirect HR team, contributing to the development of others and self-development. Define and achieve functional excellence in human resource best practices, focused on support of a dynamic, evolving business organization. Critical Skills & Competencies:

Excellent interpersonal relations skills and a successful track record of partnering with executives delivering superior business results. Ability to work in a global matrix to drive teamwork and consistent implementation of initiatives across the function. Developed personal credibility through sound communication skills, achieving results, and trusted collaborations. Experienced in diagnosing and resolving complex problems and opportunities within business and organization. Ability to work with ambiguity and autonomy. Business acumen. Broad understanding of legal, and employment issues. Qualifications:

Education required: A Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, organizational management, or a related field is required. An advanced degree, preferably in a discipline such as Human Resources, Business Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related. At least 10 years of progressive Human Resource leadership experience. Interpersonal, integrity and collaboration skills, along with a proven ability to lead others. Experience partnering and coaching senior-level (VP+) executives. Experience with influencing senior executives and align functional peers across a globally matrixed organization. Demonstrated experience in talent management and talent development with commercial teams. B2B experience preferred. Travel of 10-15% can be expected.
