Relate Search has been retained on a confidential search for a $500 million dollar manufacturing company looking for an HR Director with heavy Total Rewards experience. This person will be the #2 HR person with clear succession plan to CHRO and focused on architecting and implementing a benefits and compensation strategy and structure globally for a newly consolidated global company. This person will also have a generalist component to the role owning a client group.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, development, and execution of compensation and benefits programs that support the organization’s business objectives and HR strategy.
- Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing expert advice on compensation and benefits matters
- Assist the CHRO with succession management, HR Roundtable initiatives, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging strategy, and learning and development
- Design and manage comprehensive benefits programs, including health and wellness plans, retirement plans for legacy employees, leave policies, and other employee benefits. Evaluate and negotiate with benefits providers to ensure cost-effective and competitive offerings.
- Design, implement, and manage compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, equity programs, and non-executive compensation
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with at least 8 years in a leadership role.
- Strong experience as an HR generalist in the full body of Human Resource knowledge - Business Management and Strategy; Workforce Planning and Employment; Human Resource Development; Compensation and Benefits; Employee and Labor Relations
- Proven experience in developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
