The tech will provide in-house and remote end user technical support for the proper functioning of desktop hardware, software, printers, scanners, phones and related technology.

Basic Function/Responsibilities:
Handle Tier 1 technical support via tickets in Zendesk or phone calls
Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure timely resolution
Help remote users with internet and connectivity, desktop and printer issues
Create accounts and configure hardware as part of our onboarding process
Ability to troubleshoot and solve hardware and software problems
Other duties may be added and/or assigned as needed

Job Requirements:
Shift 5AM to 1PM Tuesday - Saturday
Windows 10/11, Google Collaboration Apps, Chrome and MS Office.
1-2 years of experience in a technical help desk or desktop support role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems with non-technical customers
Experience working with a ticketing system and remote-control software
Tier 1 understanding of IT tools such as Active Directory, GPO
Experience installing, troubleshooting, configuring, maintaining and repairing a diverse array of IT hardware including laptop PCs, printers, scanners, computer peripherals, and mobile devices (iOS, Android)
Tier 1 support for networking including TCP/IP, WiFi
Base level understanding of server/domain environment
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
2 years experience working in a Windows environment
Starting shift is Tuesday-Saturday 5AM-1AM
Team collaboration for after hours/weekend support for scheduled projects
CompTIA A+ preferred not required
