Pay rate is assessed every 6 months for an increase so that we remain competitive with industry benchmarks.Participate in our Stake in the Outcome (SITO) incentive program with a potential individual annual bonus after 1 year of service.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, Health Savings Account (HSA), Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Employer-paid Group Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), Voluntary Group Life Insurance and AD&D, short and long term disability, and various other supplementary benefits.Employee wellness program and perks.Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) of 15 days, with increased accrual based on length of tenure.
