THE ROLES As a Boutique Associate, you will: Support the Service Counter team to enable efficient and elevated experiences Support the Atelier team to enable Everyday Luxury experiences Curate our merchandise assortment and support a seamless retail environment As a Style Advisor, you will: Sell clothes and earn client confidence through unparalleled styling expertise Deliver world-class experiences by creating meaningful, memorable moments Build deep and personalized connections with our clients, enhancing their loyalty and affinity to Aritzia As a Service Advisor, you will: Welcome clients Match clients with their product and direct to the right Service Counter Prepare the product to be processed Efficiently and accurately process transactions Package product for an Everyday Luxury opening experience Support operations at the Service Counter As an Inventory Associate, you will: Efficiently and accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC, boutique to boutique, and our clients Strategically place product in the backroom Uphold the standards of product display Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences Support in the seamless operations of all aspects of the retail space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk and Operations As a Merchandiser, you will: Ensure the efficient and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments to and from the DC, boutique to boutique, and our clients Strategically place product on the sales floor Translate the product story in our boutiques Validate the standards of product display Enable seamlessly integrated cross-channel shopping experiences Support in the seamless operations of all aspects of the boutique space across Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations THE QUALIFICATIONS Aritzia Retail Associates have: An aspirational sense of individual style A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business THE COMPENSATION The typical hiring range for this position is $20 - $30 CAD per hour.Aritzia’s Everyday Luxury compensation package goes beyond the base salary with endless growth and recognition opportunities through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
