Position Overview
We are in search of a Luxury Sales Associate for our retail operations. The ideal candidate will possess experience in high-end retail and the resale market, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role requires engaging with clients, providing expert advice, and assisting with styling to enhance their shopping journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Achieve and surpass personal and store sales targets.
- Build and maintain client relationships to foster loyalty and retention.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and standards of Rebag.
- Provide feedback on products and customer experiences to management.
- Support company initiatives related to product launches and customer engagement.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in the store.
- Assist with stock operations and manage online order processing.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures consistently.
- Perform store maintenance tasks as assigned.
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours and adapt to additional requests as needed.
Qualifications
We seek candidates with a background in luxury fashion sales and a comprehensive understanding of the resale market. Ideal applicants will be self-motivated, results-oriented, and aligned with our positive corporate culture.
- 1-2 years of experience in luxury fashion sales.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with effective verbal and written communication.
- Dependable, punctual, and adaptable.
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A passion for fashion and luxury goods.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
Additional Requirement
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required for employment.
