Position Overview:
Boll and Branch is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Brand Ambassador to enhance our retail team.


The Part-Time Brand Ambassador plays a crucial role in driving sales by converting existing customer traffic and nurturing repeat business through personalized client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and surpass individual sales targets.
- Become knowledgeable about all Boll & Branch products.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat purchases.
- Maintain an inviting store environment that is always ready for customers.
- Conduct daily paperwork reconciliation and manage various operational tasks.
- Safeguard store assets and inventory.
- Embody company values and uphold integrity at all times.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and contribute to the store's overall performance.
- Create exceptional experiences for clients through our in-store, in-home, and virtual design consultation services.
- Assist clients in designing their spaces based on their sleeping habits and style preferences.
- Perform in-home installations while providing additional recommendations to boost store sales.
- Undertake any other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a retail sales role or a related field.
- Understanding of basic retail mathematics and cash management practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- A friendly, energetic, and outgoing demeanor.
- Proficient in using standard office and retail equipment (phones, POS systems, alarm systems, etc.).
- Intermediate skills in G-Suite (including Google Drive/Docs), Word, and Excel.


Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods, reach overhead, lift up to 50 lbs., and climb ladders or step stools.
