What is your day to day? This is an administrative and technical position requiring the willingness to learn and understand CPI's and how they affect day-to-day operations. Perform maintenance and monitor repairs to the Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems for the facility to keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards as assigned. Maintain responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing and inventory control, contracted maintenance, general maintenance, and technical proficiency. Maintenance of the equipment will include cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and changing parts to maintain the HVAC systems and associated equipment at optimum performance levels. Record readings and make adjustments where necessary to ensure proper operation of equipment. Comply with departmental policy for the safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials; maintain a clean and safe workplace. This is a 12-hour position that will either work dayshift or nightshift. Required to work every other weekend and holidays. Required experience and technical skills High School Diploma or Equivalent. Accredited technical program with an emphasis on one of the following: Electrical, HVAC, or Plant operations. Strong understanding of Mission Critical system operations, maintenance, engineering, and design principles, practices, and procedures. 5 years of job experience. Must be able to multi-task and remain calm under pressure. Preferred CMMS experience. BMS and EPMS experience. Knowledge in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledgeable in Data Hall (White Space) power distribution and cooling. 10 years of facilities experience working in a Data Center or Hospital.
