Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • Proficiency in Kaizen, machine design, process engineering, and AutoCAD.
  • In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Skilled in data analysis and report generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adept at managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.
  • Certification as a Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE) is advantageous.
  • Experience in the finance sector is a plus.
