About the Position:

This role is integral to the Facilities Management sector, focusing on the operational aspects of a portfolio of assets, while providing essential support to Property Managers regarding maintenance and investment strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure adherence to established procedures, policies, and reporting formats.
  • Respond to client inquiries and gather work orders efficiently.
  • Compile performance reports to assess progress and operational status.
  • Organize work orders, proposals, departmental files, and vendor documentation.
  • Oversee external activities, ensuring compliance with waste disposal and recycling protocols.
  • Interpret instructions, brief correspondence, and memos, seeking clarification when necessary.
  • Address common inquiries or concerns from clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Utilize established procedures to resolve straightforward issues, exercising limited discretion.
  • Deliver outputs by adhering to defined procedures and processes under close supervision.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of relevant experience. Essential skills include:

  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
  • Effective communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a curious mindset.
  • Basic mathematical skills for calculating simple figures such as percentages and discounts.
