Responsibilities: Create designs, concepts, and layouts for marketing materials that adhere to the company’s brand guidelines. Develop graphics and layouts for both print and digital marketing materials. Write informative and engaging content for print and digital marketing pieces including magazines and brochures. Support the development, execution, and maintenance of design guidelines and standards. Support production of printed materials. Ensure design compliance with project needs and visual brand standards. Translate brand stories and data into clear, compelling visual presentations. Develop branded charts, graphs, tables, icons, illustrations, and infographics. Produce consistent and compelling graphics across digital formats, as well as print when needed. Use graphic design principles such as color, form, and balance to create original design concepts that inform and engage technical and non-technical audiences across a variety of digital and print platforms. Maintain knowledge of and proficiency with the latest technologies and trends in the graphic design environment, which may require researching and employing new software technology and design/development techniques. Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed. Assist with social media content and engagement. Requirements: At least 3 years’ experience in graphic design. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Preferably Adobe Certified), Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint/Word. Strong design sense and creativity with integration of color, typography, photography, and illustrative graphic elements. Ability to creatively transfer complex technical concepts into easily understood graphics. Understands brand standards and guidelines. Willingness to contribute to creative development and brainstorming sessions. Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail. Consistently punctual, strong analytical skills, high level of creativity and originality, highly adaptable and flexible, high energy and expressiveness, strong teamwork skills, ability to juggle multiple projects, positive, can-do attitude, and takes initiative. Content Creation: Uses graphic design skills and knowledge of current software to produce graphic art and visual materials, generates images, animations, text, and video, and creates visual concepts to communicate ideas. Education: Bachelor’s of Arts in Graphic Design, a related field or a minimum of 8 years equivalent experience.
