As a Dynamic Sports Marketing Associate, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager. Your responsibilities may include analyzing target demographics, engaging in product knowledge workshops, attending morning briefings, and providing direct support in customer service and sales. This role offers the opportunity to learn about innovative marketing and communication strategies through active involvement in company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities include supporting Account Managers in customer interactions and sales assistance, contributing to the rollout of new marketing campaigns and products, accurately entering customer information and monitoring sales data, participating in product knowledge training for clients, and applying this knowledge in real-world customer interactions and marketing efforts. You will also enhance your skills in training, mentoring, and leadership, with the possibility of additional responsibilities as required.

We manage all routine customer orders, inquiries, and requests, leveraging internal resources to complete tasks, support team objectives, and remain adaptable to change.
