About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining all digital assets for the Oklahoma City Baseball Club. This includes managing the website and social media channels, working closely with the Vice President, Marketing & Communications to develop the OKC Baseball Club's web and social strategy, and ensuring all projects are assigned, approved, and completed on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Website Management: Oversee and manage all OKC Baseball Club web assets, including content, images, and functionality.
  • Social Media Management: Manage all OKC Dodgers social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Content Creation: Plan, coordinate, and execute changes to website content and images, ensuring conformance with platform requirements, title tags, meta descriptions, and other SEO best practices.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and track the progress of campaigns on both website and social media channels, analyzing web analytics and searching for trends in the customer experience.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the full marketing team to develop marketing strategy that spans all digital assets and is cohesive across websites and owned social media channels.
  • Project Management: Assist with internal project management and provide support for targeted email marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • Website Management Experience: Prior experience managing websites and social media accounts for a sports team, brand, or similar organization.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to effectively multi-task.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to think creatively while contributing to a collaborative effort to sell tickets, promote partners, and expand the OKC Baseball Club brand.
