Job Description

As a Data Coordinator, you will be pivotal in managing our organization's monthly performance metrics by consolidating, analyzing, and publishing data. You will coordinate and support team and customer meetings, including managing logistics like airfare, lodging, and hospitality. Your responsibilities will include ordering and tracking demo vehicles, handling transportation logistics, and managing associated administrative activities. You will also maintain and reconcile budget allocations in partnership with Finance leads, lead the completion of necessary purchase orders, and ensure all organizational documentation complies with internal controls, procedures, and audit requirements. Additionally, you will plan and facilitate monthly team meetings, ensure effective department communications, and handle the administrative onboarding of new team members.
