Customer Service Team Lead Key Requirements: At least 2 years previous team leadership experience in a contact center environment, supervising and supporting the handling of inbound, outbound and call transfers. In depth knowledge of call center operations and best practices of inbound call management A passion for coaching and mentoring others, fostering a positive and supportive work environment. Deep understanding of ways of working that deliver outstanding customer service, and how to troubleshoot issues and solve problems. Previous experience in health/medical or insurance sectors is a plus. Proficiency in administering customer enrolments, claims and billing processes using standard operating procedures. Familiarity with software systems such as CRM (Salesforce/SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint).
