Senior Accountant

Our growing client has an immediate need for a Senior Accountant.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for supervising accounting clerks at three locations and preparing monthly Financial Reporting.

Duties:
  • Responsible for multiple general ledgers; reconciling sub-ledgers to general ledger account balances
  • Support month-end and year-end close process
  • Fixed asset processing and reporting; maintaining and reconciling fixed assets schedules
  • Auditing and verifying transactions and documents; spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency
  • Preparing financial statements, reports and records
  • Financial and profitability analysis
Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting
  • Six or more years of accounting experience with at least a year of supervisory experience
  • Must have QuickBooks experience
  • Must have GAAP accounting experience

Company pays 100% of the medical for the employee.
