As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, assessing growth and improvement opportunities, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization. You will play a key role in evaluating financial performance, identifying trends, and making recommendations that drive business growth and profitability. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Partner with and assist the manufacturing sales organization in analyzing new opportunities and assessing actual results against expectations. Assist in conducting profitability and budget variance analyses for both the manufacturing and brands organizations. Assist in preparing financial reports, including monthly financial statements, for senior management and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop forecasts and budgets. Assist in monthly close process, including some journal entries, billing, and inventory reconciliations. Participate in financial audits, ensuring compliance with regulations and identifying areas for improvement. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. At least five (5) years experience in an accounting- or finance-related role, preferably in a manufacturing environment; 1-2 years cost accounting highly desirable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. Proficient in financial analysis software and MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with and broad exposure to integrated ERP environments (Deacom a plus). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
