Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers by phone, email, or SMS messaging to provide information about products or services, cancel accounts, or upgrade accounts.
  • Assist with processing of pharmacy sales orders, process payments, refunds, or exchange.
  • Inform customers of deals and promotions, answer questions about warranties and terms of sale
  • Call insurances to obtain patient PBM coverage information
  • Contact doctor offices to collect and request prescriptions, authorizations, clinical notes, and lab results
  • Run pharmacy test claims and communicate copays to the patient
