Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to established front office protocols for opening and closing procedures.
  • Welcome patients and manage incoming communications through a multi-line phone system, while performing essential administrative tasks.
  • Facilitate the flow of patients between the front and back office by effectively communicating with dental professionals and support staff.
  • Assist patients in completing necessary documentation, establishing accounts, and preparing charts for new patients.
  • Oversee the daily appointment schedule, making adjustments and bookings as required.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned to support office operations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a front office setting is required; dental office experience is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in computer applications is necessary (experience with QSI is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
