At Interdent Sa, our Customer Service Representatives play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to established front office protocols for opening and closing procedures.
- Welcome patients and manage incoming communications through a multi-line phone system, while performing essential administrative tasks.
- Facilitate the flow of patients between the front and back office by effectively communicating with dental professionals and support staff.
- Assist patients in completing necessary documentation, establishing accounts, and preparing charts for new patients.
- Oversee the daily appointment schedule, making adjustments and bookings as required.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned to support office operations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a front office setting is required; dental office experience is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in computer applications is necessary (experience with QSI is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
