At Interdent Sa, our Customer Service Representatives play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to established front office procedures for opening and closing.
- Welcome visitors, manage incoming calls on a multi-line system, and perform various clerical duties.
- Facilitate patient flow between front and back office by effectively communicating with doctors and staff.
- Assist patients in completing necessary documentation, establishing accounts, and creating charts for new patients.
- Oversee the daily schedule of the office, including appointment management and necessary adjustments.
- Execute additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a front office setting is required; dental office experience is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in computer usage is necessary (experience with QSI is a plus).
- Ability to multitask effectively is required.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
