Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to established front office procedures for opening and closing.
  • Welcome visitors, manage incoming calls on a multi-line system, and perform various clerical duties.
  • Facilitate patient flow between front and back office by effectively communicating with doctors and staff.
  • Assist patients in completing necessary documentation, establishing accounts, and creating charts for new patients.
  • Oversee the daily schedule of the office, including appointment management and necessary adjustments.
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a front office setting is required; dental office experience is advantageous.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in computer usage is necessary (experience with QSI is a plus).
  • Ability to multitask effectively is required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
