**About the role**

Balfour Beatty Vinci has an exciting opportunity for an Assistant to join our team to work across the West Midlands.

**Role Purpose:**

To manage daily procurement requests from the delivery teams through the Project?s ERP system, identifying suppliers, obtaining and negotiating the best offers, and placing the corresponding Purchase Orders. To follow-up deliveries, assessing indicators. To support the strategic approach of BBV and to deliver Project objectives as set by the Procurement Lead.

**What you'll be doing**

To support the Project Delivery Team in managing their daily procurement requisitions. Tasks will include, but not be limited to, the following:

* Processing of Material and Plant requisitions

* Identifying relevant suppliers according to items required

* Obtaining, negotiating and evaluating offers from suppliers to drive best value (
