  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and communicate a vision of the business that translates into bottom-line performance.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to delegate and direct the daily activities of the buyers and provide direction to the team.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
