Job Title: Office Administrator (3 Month Temp) Location: Wilmington, DE (Full-Time 8AM-4PM, Onsite) Reports to: HR Generalist About: New B&M Meats Inc., a leading manufacturer of Philly Steak products, and subsidiary of Wonder Meats Inc., is seeking an Office Administrator Temp to join the team for 3 months at their Wilmington, DE production facility. This role will act as the liaison between HR and employees, assisting in the day-to-day operations of HR, including, but not limited to payroll, recruiting and other general HR/Office tasks. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Provide clerical/administrative support to the HR department. Compile and update employee records, maintaining hard and soft copies. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel. Assist in the preparation of payroll by providing relevant data (PTO, leaves, etc). Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process for the plant. Schedule meetings, HR events and maintain agendas as needed. Assist with new hire enrollment ADP and updating Employee Navigator. Maintain PTO calendars for the plant. Oversee the completion of benefits and compensation documentation. Coordinate training sessions using the Alchemy (LMS) software. Maintain communication posters in the facility as needed. Address employee inquiries in a timely manner to ensure all issues do not persist. Perform other tasks in the areas in the office as business dictates. Qualifications for the Ideal Office Administrator: Bilingual – English/Spanish, Required. 1 – 2 years HR/Office experience within a manufacturing environment, Preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields, Preferred. Experience with ADP workforce now or other HRIS, Preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
