Conduct testing, training, and post-implementation support to ensure successful project delivery. Provide expert-level support to end-users, addressing system issues, inquiries, and enhancement requests. Troubleshoot issues, analyse root causes, and implement timely resolutions. Lead or contribute to the implementation of SAP projects, including upgrades, rollouts, and integrations. In-depth understanding of SAP Supply functionalities, integration points, and best practices in a complex enterprise environment. Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP MM, SD, and WM modules, with a focus on system administration, configuration, and support. Strong understanding of business processes in procurement, sales, and warehousing, with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions. Proven track record in analysing and troubleshooting technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions. Experience in customization, enhancement, and integration of SAP ECC6 modules, including SAP Materials Management, Purchasing, Sales & Distribution, and Warehouse Management to meet business needs. Understanding of EDI concepts and ability to investigate and resolve issues. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors, and clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and facilitate user training sessions. Experience in change management, system documentation, and compliance with regulatory. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
