About the role Based in our GCC Hubs, the ERP Application Capability Centre is a key part of Haleon’s Tech strategy towards delivering changes to our critical SAP ERP landscapes. The ERP Senior Analyst: FSCM is responsible for the delivery of projects and changes in the areas of SAP General ledger, Asset accounting, and Project Systems processes globally. The role requires skills in SAP FICO, AP, AR, GL, Asset, PS knowledge, solution design, change management, and product management. Role Responsibilities: SAP GL, Asset, PS skills to design, describe, configure and deploy projects and changes in scheduled releases. Work closely with the Product Manager to gain insights and requirements to plan, execute, and monitor multiple engagements. Translate business requirements into specific technical solutions to support configuration and custom development. Responsible for development of global process solution designs in the supplier lifecycle management area. Develop a product roadmap in partnership with business stakeholders aligned with broader Tech strategy. Deliver small to medium sized projects and produce project deliverables such as design, build, and testing. Represent and explain proposed Tech solutions in governance forums. Facilitate regular communication with Tech specialists and solution architects. Why you? Basic Qualifications: Minimum 8+ years of expert hands-on experience in deploying SAP VIM solutions. SAP GL, Asset, AP, AR, PS knowledge to handle configuration and project demand. Experience with middleware (e.g., SAP PO) and API technologies. Experience with SAP Solution Manager, Charm, and ALM. In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO, including GL, AP, AR, bank accounting, AA, cost center, profit center, internal orders, and profitability analysis. Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance (a plus). Experience with cross-module integration between FI, CO, SD, MM, and external systems. Experience with configuration, development, and enhancements in SAP FICO. Experience with RICEFW objects. Working knowledge of testing methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to translate SAP technical/functional requirements from the business to deliver small and medium sized projects. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player. Capable of working effectively in large, complex cross-functional teams. Dynamic, flexible, team player, and results-driven.
