Description

We're seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as the Human Resources & Office Coordinator. In this crucial role, you'll wear multiple hats, serving as the backbone of both our HR Team and RLC office operations.

Requirements

  1. Function as the primary point of contact, offering a warm welcome and professional first impression to all visitors by managing the arrival and departure for visitors.
  2. Field incoming phone calls and email inquiries, channeling them accurately to designated individuals or departments.
  3. Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the RLC office(s), ensuring proper office supply inventory and managing incoming mail and packages.
  4. Support the HR recruiting process by assisting with sourcing, candidate correspondence, scheduling, managing applicant tracking systems, recruiting navigation, and candidate screening and selection.
  5. Support HR new hire onboarding by scheduling, providing facility tours, presenting topics as needed, and facilitating schedules.
  6. Support HR with other tasks, including but not limited to reports, presentations, record keeping, background checks, and backup payroll.
  7. Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for employee meetings, conferences, and training.
  8. Assist the safety committee with ordering supplies, note-taking, and documenting provided procedures.
  9. Participate in and assist the Corner of Excellence team, whose focus is supporting the employee value proposition and the three pillars of community, culture, and wellness.
  10. Flexibility to step into whatever role is needed at the time in order to deliver exceptional customer service. This may include taking on job responsibilities outside of this job description and may require assisting other departments in their regular functions.
