Organizes daily game plan for valet parking and luggage handling operations, documents and tracks operational trends, trains new team members, observes daily service procedures, controls revenue and expenses, ensures accurate use of departmental operating systems, conducts daily oversight of team performance. Florida Driver's License required along with minimum 3 years of driving experience.

Responsibilities:
- Create daily operating plans for valet parking and luggage handling operations to ensure efficient and effective services for guests
- Track and document operational trends to optimize operations and enhance guest experience
- Train and supervise new team members to ensure high standards of performance
- Observe daily service procedures to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary adjustments
- Ensure that departmental operating systems are accurately utilized
- Provide daily oversight of team performance, ensuring that high-quality services are provided at all times

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
