We are looking for a meticulous and approachable Guest Services Coordinator to enhance our operations. The successful candidate will serve as the primary contact for visitors and provide essential administrative support throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner
  • Manage and route incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Act as the main contact for members
  • Stay informed about all club events and activities
  • Handle dining reservations and take-out orders
  • Support the management of retail operations
  • Assist with floral arrangements as needed
  • Provide administrative support to the Culinary and Food & Beverage departments
  • Oversee the processing of incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Qualifications
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Outstanding customer service abilities
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems
  • Flexible availability, including weekends
