ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Under direct supervision of Director of Quality Assurance, supervise and coordinate all work of paid subcontractors, including scheduling, adherence to building codes and inspections, and overall quality control. Coordinate daily housekeeping and organization, including storage containers, site cleanliness, recycling bins & pick up, material reuse, and waste reduction. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team and with great energy and persistence. Experience working with diverse constituencies. Critical thinking, problem solving, accuracy and attention to detail. Resolving customers warranty claims for material and workmanship defects. Coordinating with Haydon field teams, subcontractors, or authorized service partners, for labor and materials to facilitate repair and replacement activities is the Program Manager's principal responsibility. Participate in continuous process improvement efforts and standardize work development for the team. This position will be accountable for performing warranty support activities according to our published warranty terms and conditions, and for meeting or exceeding established team performance goals. In addition to external customers, this position will regularly work cross-functionally with Project Managers, Self-Perform Teams, Direct Material Sales, Material Managers, Field Quality, Logistics, Sourcing, IT, and Finance teams.
