Compensation: Pay Range $19-$21/HR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process customer return inquiries through various channels.
  • Collaborate with the returns team to determine which items need to be sent back to suppliers.
  • Coordinate with the RMA team to address and resolve quarantined inventory issues.
  • Submit supplier warranty claims and organize shipments for warranty returns.
  • Ensure follow-up on all warranty claims until resolution is achieved.
  • Analyze return data across the organization and report findings to the Sales Operations Manager.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to support their efforts.
  • Engage with diverse sales team members to assist in fulfilling daily sales tasks.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in workflow and task efficiency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Quality Assurance Manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in warehousing, including reverse logistics and inventory management.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of supplier warranty processes, including verification and claim submission.
  • Adept at interpreting the needs and expectations of various customers and stakeholders.
  • Enthusiasm for driving business enhancements and leading change in a global environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw valid conclusions from operational data.
  • Proficient in drafting professional correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Above-average verbal communication skills, demonstrated through effective interactions.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Team-oriented approach with interpersonal skills that facilitate successful business interactions.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Experience in warehousing or reverse logistics within a distribution context.
  • Independent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
  • Able to work autonomously.
