Act as the Accounts Payable liaison for Busch Gardens and Adventure Island by performing a variety of tasks including, but not limited to Researching vendor payment issues • Contacting vendors for missing invoices • Researching purchase orders that are blocked for payment due to receiving issues, pricing, etc. • Maintain capital project files, assist with creating new projects, and review the asset listing to identify items being disposed of • Maintain a listing of all park licensing, fees, and other annual renewals to ensure timely filing and payments are made. • Maintain the storage and filing of all daily paperwork related to general accounting processes • Lead the base operations communication team at Adventure Island to include hiring, scheduling, and training of all dispatch operators • Perform base operator functions as necessary to ensure proper coverage of communication and weather systems • Additional projects and tasks as assigned
