Primary Duties:

  • Direct and mentor the debt recovery team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, monitor payment progress, and pursue overdue accounts.
  • Design and execute effective debt recovery strategies to lower delinquency rates.
  • Compile and evaluate reports on debt recovery performance and outstanding balances.
  • Negotiate payment plans with clients, resolving any disputes or concerns.
  • Employ Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to maintain precise financial records, create reports, and manage data.
  • Work in conjunction with the finance department to guarantee accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a debt recovery or accounts receivable position.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
