DFS is looking for a detail-oriented Loan Officer Assistant to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Follow up with potential clients on a regular basis Assist loan officers in collecting and organizing client documentation required for loan applications Communicate with clients, and other stakeholders to gather additional information as needed Assist with generating loan quotes Handle client inquiries and provide outstanding customer service throughout the loan process Help build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals Other general administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

Prior administrative experience in lending, banking, finance, or another related field An understanding of the mortgage origination process Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Other Qualifications Include:

Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling documentation. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive information.
