**Job Summary**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our growing team. As a Loan Processor, you will be responsible for processing loans from set-up to closing in an organized and timely manner. You will coordinate mortgage settlements with borrowers, legal, and title, review document checklists to ensure completeness and accuracy, and review title, legal, and settlement documents.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Process loans from set-up to closing in an organized and timely manner
  • Coordinate mortgage settlements with borrower, legal, and title
  • Review document checklists to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Review title, legal, and settlement documents
  • Build relationships with borrowers and deliver a high level of customer service
  • Communicate with transaction stakeholders
  • Maintain an individual pipeline of loans

**Requirements**

  • 3+ years of title and/or mortgage experience
  • Strong experience with reviewing title documents
  • Prior experience with Salesforce
  • Proficiency with Outlook and Adobe products
  • Experience lending directly to LLCs is a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Office Experience

  • Must be incredibly detail-oriented
  • Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
  • Real estate knowledge is a plus
