The Partner Team

Compensation: $40,000 annually DOE + commission.
A Typical Day Might Include…
Identifing and pursuing new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, including conducting sales presentations and negotiations.
Creating and implementing strategies to promote our products and services.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new clients.
Tracking and reporting on sales pipeline and performance metrics.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape.
Our Ideal Candidate…
Comes with 5+ years of proven work experience in business development or sales.
Has excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Possesses strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Is a proactive, assertive, self-starter with high energy and positive attitude.
Has the ability to manage stress and multiple projects simultaneously.
Brings practicle CRM knowledge (Salesforce or similar).
Comes with stellar public speaking experience.
