Responsibilities

•Lead property sales by collaborating with real estate agents and potential buyers to showcase our listings and cultivate fresh lead resources, particularly focusing on off-market opportunities.
•Actively pursue and follow up on all leads to maximize conversions.
•Manage a structured pipeline of potential buyers, emphasizing building connections with investors and buyers.
•Research properties and evaluate market prospects utilizing MLS and various tools.
•Negotiate and secure competitive prices for property transactions.
•Expand and categorize our buyer network according to area codes.
•Conduct skip tracing to reach out to potential buyers, collecting information to enhance our buyer database.
•Utilize social media platforms to discover and engage with new buyers.
•Create and circulate deal notifications through Mailchimp.
•Arrange and conduct property viewings with interested buyers.
•Maintain and update buyer information and property records within our CRM system.
•Regularly communicate with active buyers to foster lasting relationships.
•Enhance the existing buyer database by updating contact details and purchase preferences.
•Prepare contracts and agreements for investors.
•Network with real estate agents and wholesalers to identify potential buyers for our listings.
•Reach out to buyers in close proximity to available properties for sale.
•Establish relationships with realtors who work with cash buyers.

Qualifications

•To be considered for the Inside Sales Manager position at Sell Quick Tampa, a background in business or sales with a proven track record of success is required.
