The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role within our sales team, serving as a pivotal point of contact for customers. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, processing orders, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales activities. The ability to speak English & Spanish is a plus.


Competitive base pay along with a monthly incentive plan.


Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Order Entry: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all details are correctly entered into the system and confirming order status with customers.
  • Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to follow up on orders, provide updates, and offer additional products or services.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate individuals as needed.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers and support sales efforts.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be personable and accurate with numbers.
  • Industrial metal knowledge a plus, but not required.
  • Previous inside sales experience.
  • Have ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions.
  • Must pass background check and drug screening.
