Job Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused Insurance Account Manager to join our team at Doug Johnson - State Farm Agent.

As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with customers and educating them about insurance options.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up as needed.
  • Conduct needs-based reviews with customers to identify their insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a role such as outside sales representative, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
  • A proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • An interest in marketing insurance products based on customer needs.
  • An enthusiastic attitude towards helping people manage risk and achieve their goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
