Job Description

1. Business planning: Formulate annual category planning and strategies based on local market characteristics. Conduct market research and competition analysis in the US to promote the implementation of different projects and ensure the achievement of business goals.

2. Drive partnership ecosystem strategies to expand the US seller base. Build relations with top e-commerce management tools and recruit and serve sellers with internal and external partners. Develop operation strategies and plans based on the classification and stratification of sellers. Guide key sellers' operations and identify and resolve their main concerns.

3. Product operation: Understand local users' product demands, ensure product supply according to seasonal characteristics and product life cycles, and develop an annual product promotion plan.

4. Project management: Innovate business practices according to the demands of the US market and consumers. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate internal and external partners and resources to achieve project objectives.

5. Possess expertise in consumer electronics, FMCG, home appliances, and other relevant categories. Lead the rapid growth of these categories through in-depth category operations.

6. Solution building: Initiate or integrate logistic/data/advertising solutions to support sellers' daily operations. AI-related solutions will be a plus.

Qulifications

1.8+ years experience in e-Commerce, Marketplace, retailing working experience; bachelor's degree or above.

2.Familiar with industry market, understanding of business management, keen insight and analysis of market conditions and consumers.

3.Rich experience in business cooperation, negotiation and inventory management is preferred. Knowledge of consulting, project management and marketing strategy is preferred.

4.Data Skill: excellent in data analysis, SQL skill is a big plus

5.Ambition? Willingness to work in start-up mode, ability to operate in a highly ambiguous business environment; self-driven, result oriented, and creative.
