**Position Summary:**

The Administrative Services team is primarily responsible for company wide data management. The team assists in producing and routing customer communication and fulfillment mailings, check printing and web document control. They support departmental and business unit quality, service and compliance goals.

**Job Function 1:** *Document Management and Project Coordination - 80%*

* Manage web documents, faxes and emails.

* Process checks.

* Work with mail vendor to ensure most efficient and cost-effective form of delivery.

* Coordinate mailings from across the enterprise.

* Assist with duplicating, stuffing, lamination, binding, etc.

* Develop and maintain Administrative Services procedures.

* Provide clear communication to internal clients regarding project turnaround times and/or

standard service levels.

* Maintain and improve the daily workflow plan to ensure timely completion of all projects.

* Continually improve processes that enhance the client experience and build scale.

**Job Function 2:** *Provide Support to Administration - 20%*

* Assist all areas of Administrative Services with special projects.

* Assist Records as needed.

* Order supplies.

* Coordinate copy and fax machine maintenance.

* Keep production areas stocked and organized.

* Inventory management of forms, envelopes, brochures, etc.

* Other duties as assigned.

**Position Requirements:**

* Good written/oral communication and organizational skills required.

* Ability to effectively coordinate daily workload with assigned special projects.

* Available to work overtime to cover peak workloads and meet daily workload schedules.
