Our client is a rapidly expanding business that specializes in fire and life safety services. They are currently seeking a sales professional to join their sales team in Atlanta

About The Role

Proactively seek out new business opportunities by conducting prospecting activities to prospective customers and networking to secure first appointments with existing building owners at the decision-maker level. Develop and present pricing options for service and planned maintenance agreements and assist in budgeting for future programs. Develop and maintain strong business partnerships to gain the client’s trust, meet their objectives, and deliver value-added solutions. Track all sales activities in their CRM Mid-Level Market and enterprise systems within the assigned territory Engineer, write specifications, develop cost proposals, and negotiate sales contracts Actively listen, probe and identify concerns. Understand each customer’s business and demonstrate technical expertise to develop credibility, loyalty, and trust Create and implement strategies and plans to achieve assigned sales objectives Exceed assigned margin targets while in pursuit of sales orders for the assigned territory

Qualifications:

University or College level Degree or Diploma 3+ years of selling preferred experience within Fire Safety or facilities services direct to end-users Skilled in methods to build and maintain strong business relationships with customers Techincal expertise/acumen would be an asset CRM proficient
